Barista Guy’s Coffee is a family owned and operated micro-roasting coffee business located in the Dallas /Fort Worth MetroPlex. We roast our artisan coffees in small batches to ensure that you receive the freshest most aromatic coffee possible.

Barista Guy’s coffee is one of only a handful of roasters in the DFW metroplex that utilizes Fluid Bed Air Roasting Technology. Fluid Bed Air Roasters provide a more even bean roasting process, allowing the true flavors locked in the coffee bean to shine through while eliminating the bitter/burnt after taste of most drum roasted coffees.

A vast majority of our coffee is Fair Trade Certified by TransFair USA and our Organic Certified coffee beans meet the stringent Organic Processor Standards enforced by the United States Federal Government. A Large Part of the coffee we sell is also Shade Grown Coffee which ensures healthy habitat for migratory birds. We fully support fair trade practices that promote fair pay to coffee growers across the globe.
