We have purchased two vintage Grindmaster 500 series coffee grinders, which have been refurbished to factory specs in order to provide the best grind possible for all the coffee Barista Guy’s Coffee will provide to it’s growing customer base. This will fit our Vintage Coffee shop theme that is currently in planning. We will be on the lookout for one or two more grinders to complete our grinder inventory. The Grindmaster 500 series grinder has a full three pound coffee bean capacity with adjustable bag holder/stand for hands free operation. We have fully tested these grinders and they provide the perfect grind whether it is for espresso, automatic drip or french roast.

The Sonofresco 2.8LB table top commercial coffee roaster that will be used to supplement Barista Guy’s Coffee roasting business has arrived. Barista Guy’s Coffee will small batch roast many special single origin short or limited supply coffees using this roaster in order to minimize cost on these more expensive varietals and blends. The Sonofresco is based on the same fluidized bed hot air roasting roasting technology as the Sevitz based roasters used in the industry today. This roaster starts with 2.8LB’s of green coffee beans and yeilds a whopping 2.4LB’s net weight when complete. With a total daily capacity of 55-60LB’s of roasted coffee per day, Barista Guy’s will be able to handle any special requests from our customers when needed.
